Participants stand in a circle, link arms with two different people, and must work together to untangle themselves.
Welcome and Objective (5 minutes):
Explain what teamwork means and why it’s important in school, family, and future careers.
Group Discussion (5 minutes):
Ask participants about times they worked in a group and how it felt to collaborate with others.
2. Understanding Roles (30 minutes)
Activity 1 (10 minutes): “Role Play Challenge”
Participants act out different roles in a scenario (e.g., leader, communicator, organizer) and switch roles.
Activity 2 (10 minutes): “Building Blocks”
Provide building blocks and ask participants to build something together using assigned roles.

Provide scenarios and ask participants to match roles that would be most effective in that situation.
3. Effective Communication in Teams (30 minutes)

Participants sit in a circle. One person whispers a message to the next, and it’s passed along until the last person says it out loud.

Participants work in pairs. One describes a picture, and the other tries to draw it based on the description.
